Siga os passos abaixo.

1) click the "Settings" icon on the home screen

1) Clicar em "configurações" na sua tela de aplicativos

2) scroll down to the "DEVICE" section on the left of the page and then click "Apps"

2) Role a tela que aparecer até encontrar "aplicativos"

3) at the top right of the page are 4 tabs : "DOWNLOADED", "ROM DISK", "RUNNING" and "ALL"

3) No topo da direita você verá 4 abas: "download", "Disk", "Rodando" e "Todos"

4) click "ALL"

4) vá até "Todos" e clique nesta aba

5) scroll down the list and find "Google Services Framework" then click it

5) role a tela até encontra "Estrutura de serviços da google"

6) on this page click "Force Stop" followed by clicking "Clear Data"

6) na pagina que surgir clicar primeiro em "Forças parada" e responder OK e depois clicar em "Limpar dados" e responda OK

7) switch off the tablet by holding down the power button for a few seconds and then restart it.

7) Agora seguro o botão de power(desligar) por uns 4 segundos até o tablet desligar SOZINHO. Espere uns 5 segundos antes de ligar novamente. Assim que ligar, vá até o "Play Store" e escolha o seu aplicativo para instalar!!!
